Just to keep my mind busy.
1. Stop smoking - start drinking: beer, wine. Vodka? Hm, does anyone know if vodka has calories?
2. Throw away veggies and cereal - start on pasta, ice cream and pirozhki!
3. Quit running around and fuss - lay on the couch, watch TV, drink and eat ice-cream.

I want my 6 kilos back!
